Ingredients vegan quiche

  • 7 vegan puff pastry slices
  • 350 grams organic tofu
  • 250 grams fresh spinach
  • 20 gram Plantfore naturel protein powder
  • 1 broccoli (in pieces)
  • 2 tbsp plant-based milk
  • 1 clove of garlic, 4 tsp curry spices, 2 tsp turmeric, salt and pepper as desired

Preparation vegan quiche

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Stew the broccoli and fry the spinach in the pan with oil.
  3. Mix the tofu, vegetable milk, protein powder and spices until smooth in a mixer and add the vegetables.
  4. Place the puff pastry in a baking tray lined with baking paper and pour in the quiche mixture.
  5. Bake the quiche in the oven for 35 minutes.
