Vegan quiche recipe

Ingredients vegan quiche
- 7 vegan puff pastry slices
- 350 grams organic tofu
- 250 grams fresh spinach
- 20 gram Plantfore naturel protein powder
- 1 broccoli (in pieces)
- 2 tbsp plant-based milk
- 1 clove of garlic, 4 tsp curry spices, 2 tsp turmeric, salt and pepper as desired

Preparation vegan quiche
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Stew the broccoli and fry the spinach in the pan with oil.
- Mix the tofu, vegetable milk, protein powder and spices until smooth in a mixer and add the vegetables.
- Place the puff pastry in a baking tray lined with baking paper and pour in the quiche mixture.
- Bake the quiche in the oven for 35 minutes.
