Ingredients vegan banana split breakfast
- 1 large ripe banana
- 15 grams Plantforce vanilla protein powder
- 30 grams blueberries and 30 grams raspberries
- 10 grams dark chocolate (in small pieces)
- 75 gram soy quark
Preparation vegan banana split breakfast
- Cut the banana into two long pieces.
- Mix the protein powder with 1.5 tablespoon of water/plantbased milk to a smooth firm mixture and spread it over two halves.
- Then put the fruit and the chocolate pieces on top and decorate it with soy quark.
