  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 15 grams Plantforce vanilla protein powder
  • 30 grams blueberries and 30 grams raspberries
  • 10 grams dark chocolate (in small pieces)
  • 75 gram soy quark

Preparation vegan banana split breakfast

  1. Cut the banana into two long pieces.
  2. Mix the protein powder with 1.5 tablespoon of water/plantbased milk to a smooth firm mixture and spread it over two halves.
  3. Then put the fruit and the chocolate pieces on top and decorate it with soy quark.
