Because we fully believe in the quality of our products, we offer a money-back guarantee. Nevertheless, it can happen that a product does not meet your expectations, for example due to damaged packaging or a production error.

Money-back guarantee method

Does a product you have received not meet expectations? Send an email or fill out the contact form and we will contact you to resolve it. In consultation we will replace the product with a new product or offer a good alternative. If no suitable solution can be offered, you can return the product - after our approval - and we will credit the purchase amount.

Please note: an allergy to a product or one of the components of a product is not covered by the money-back guarantee.


Do you have a complaint? We will do our utmost to handle your complaint satisfactorily.

Complaint handling method

Please let us know what your complaint is via email, via our contact form or by telephone on 085 - 060 8765. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation via email. We will process your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If we need more time to handle your complaint, we will notify you.

We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by sending an email to [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
