Shipment via PostNL
We send our parcels via PostNL. The aim is to deliver your package the next working day (within the Netherlands). However, it may take longer for your package to be delivered. In particular for countries other than the Netherlands.
Track & trace code
For parcels, it is possible to track the shipment via the PostNL website or app. When your package has been shipped you will automatically receive a track & amp; trace code (from PostNL) by mail. You can track your package here. Unfortunately, it is not possible for letterbox mail to track your shipment.
Ordered before 10 pm on business days, shipped the same day
Do you order before 10 pm on a business day? Then your order will be shipped the same day. However, this does depend on the current stock. The current stock indicated for products on the webshop is only an indication. In exceptional cases it may happen that a product is sold out because it has been sold through another channel. For orders within the Netherlands, the package will in most cases be delivered the next day.
Pick up your order in the warehouse
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order at the warehouse. Due to strict ISO requirements the warehouse is only accessible to staff.
The shipping costs are € 4.95 for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is free for orders with an order value of more than € 45.
