Ingredients vegan tiramisu
- 4 lotus cookies
- 2 cups of green tea/coffee
- 200 gram of unsweetened soy yoghurt
- 10 gram Plantforce vanilla protein powder
- cocoa powder

Preparation vegan tiramisu
- Crumble the biscuits into pieces in a deep plate and mix with tea/coffee.
- Mix the soy yoghurt with the vanilla protein powder in a bowl until smooth.
- Place half of the cookies in a glass, top with 100 grams of soy yoghurt and repeat until everything is empty.
- Finally sprinkle the cocoa powder over it with the (tea)sieve and it's ready to eat!
