Ingredients vegan raw carrot balls

  • 250 grams of carrots
  • 140 grams of raisins
  • 90 grams of walnuts (unsalted)
  • 65 grams of oatmeal
  • 20 grams Plantforce Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon, 2 slices of ginger root and a pinch of salt

Recipe vegan raw carrot balls

Preparation of vegan raw carrot balls

  1. Soak the raisins in lukewarm water for 10 minutes and then remove them. Grate the carrots.
  2. Mix all ingredients (keep 15 grams of oatmeal separately) in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Make balls of the mixture and then roll them in the remaining oatmeal.
