Vegan bulletproof coffee recipe (without blender)

Making bulletproof morning coffee is hot in the US. The creator of this drink - most reminiscent of latte - is Dave Asprey. During a trip through the Himalayas, he came into contact with the locals who offered him tea enriched with yak butter. Back in the US, he developed his own version, made with coffee.
Bulletproof coffee is said to have a positive effect on your concentration, give energy and help with weight loss. In this article, I share a recipe for vegan bulletproof coffee that can be made without a blender.

Vegan bulletproof coffee with MCT oil instead of coconut oil
The recipe in this article is made with MCT oil instead of coconut oil. MCT has become extremely popular, especially with athletes and people striving for weight loss, because MCTs do not store well in the body. Moreover, fat is the most energy-rich nutrient and because of the faster digestibility of MCTs it is an efficient energy source. Ingredients vegan bulletproof coffee
- 200ml freshly brewed coffee
- 2 teaspoons vegan MCT oil
- 1 dash of almond milk
- 2 teaspoons agave syrup

Preparation vegan bulletproof coffee
- Make the coffee first. The way is up to you, but the preference is for coffee from an espresso machine with good quality coffee beans. This way you are assured of a delicious taste, but you also enjoy the alleged benefits that coffee would have. For example, coffee is said to be full of essential nutrients such as vitamin B, potassium and manganese (Source: Nutritiondata).
- Add the MCT oil and stir well.
- Add a splash of almond milk and 2 teaspoons of agave syrup for a smoother, sweet taste.
- Stir all ingredients well together with a whisk or fork. This vegan bulletproof coffee can be made without a blender, but do you want an extra creamy vegan bulletproof coffee with a foam layer? Then pour the mixture into a blender and blend until a foam layer is formed.
- Pour into a large mug and enjoy!
