Delicious vegan pear pie! Make it extra delicious with ice cream or yogurt!

Ingredients vegan pear pie

  • 200 grams of (buckwheat) flour
  • 50 grams Plantforce vanilla protein powder
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 150 ml soy milk provamel
  • 50 grams of coconut oil
  • zest + juice of 1 lemon
  • 21 grams of baking powder
  • 2 tsp cardamom + 1 pinch of salt

Preparation of vegan pear pie

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the baking pan / spring form with baking paper.
  2. First, grate the lemon and then squeeze out the juice.
  3. Core the pears, cut into thin strips and drizzle with the lemon juice.
  4. Mix all ingredients (except pears) together in a bowl to form a compact batter.
  5. Put the batter in the baking tin / spring form and press the thin strips on the top of the batter (still visible).
  6. Place the pear pie in the oven for 45 minutes. & nbsp;
