Delicious vegan pear pie! Make it extra delicious with ice cream or yogurt!
Ingredients vegan pear pie
- 200 grams of (buckwheat) flour
- 50 grams Plantforce vanilla protein powder
- 2 ripe pears
- 150 ml soy milk provamel
- 50 grams of coconut oil
- zest + juice of 1 lemon
- 21 grams of baking powder
- 2 tsp cardamom + 1 pinch of salt
Preparation of vegan pear pie
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the baking pan / spring form with baking paper.
- First, grate the lemon and then squeeze out the juice.
- Core the pears, cut into thin strips and drizzle with the lemon juice.
- Mix all ingredients (except pears) together in a bowl to form a compact batter.
- Put the batter in the baking tin / spring form and press the thin strips on the top of the batter (still visible).
- Place the pear pie in the oven for 45 minutes. & nbsp;
