Fancy a healthy vegan pizza? Then make this delicious protein-rich vegan pizza!
Ingredients vegan protein pizza
- 20 grams of pumpkin cooked
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 beetroot cooked
- 50 grams of buckwheat flour
- 25 grams Plantforce protein powder natural
- 100 grams of broccoli
- 60 grams of vegan minced meat
- 1 tbsp baking powder + 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation vegan protein pizza
- Preheat the oven to 200 ˚C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix the squash with the garlic in a food processor to a smooth purée and set aside.
- Then mix the beetroot with the buckwheat flour, baking powder, salt and olive oil in a food processor to a firm dough.
- Shape the beetroot dough into a pizza on the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes in the oven.
- Cook the broccoli for 5 minutes
- Remove the beetroot base from the oven and divide the pumpkin over the pizza first, then the broccoli, vegan minced meat & nbsp; and any other toppings of your choice (think of tahini, sesame seeds).
