Trudy Peters of Puur Lifestyle, I can say that in the meantime she has become a bit our favorite. Always nice and cheerful and full of great ideas. For example, she held a successful yoga retreat in beautiful Limburg last August. In addition to giving classes in Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga, Trudy also gives - her self-developed - strength and conditioning training. This complete workout is appropriately called WOT (Workout Of Trudy).

It's time to ask this beautiful girl a few questions :-).

1. Tell us a bit about yourself and your work

'Hi, my name is Trudy Peters and I live in the narrowest part of Limburg where I have my own company. I give yoga, sports and personal training at home on a former farm. I have about 9 years of experience in giving group lessons at gyms, but since 2.5 years I started my own company - Pure Lifestyle - to turn my passion into my profession. Before that I worked as a (rental) broker.

2. What does 'healthy living' mean to you?

'For me, healthy living means regular exercise (sometimes intensive), sufficient rest with good quality sleep, a fully plant-based diet and a strong mindset. A sustainable lifestyle in which the body can heal itself as much as possible and contribute to a person's physical, mental, emotional and energetic 'condition'.

3. Why do you choose Plentbased' products?

Planning and a strong mindset are very important in my view! '
