5 questions for Ewa Jasinska - Personal trainer

Ewa Jasinska is a personal trainer and a committed vegan. I met Ewa after she won a year's supply of Plantforce protein and magnesium and called her with the good news. This contact immediately felt so warm and genuine that we still speak to each other regularly. This week I asked her if she would like to answer a few questions to share with you on our blog and social media. Read the answers I got from Ewa here.
Tell us something about yourself and your work
"My name is Ewa Jasinska. I am of Polish descent and have lived in the Netherlands for 34 years. I am 52 years young and I have been vegan for 5 years. I enjoy bodybuilding, swimming, running, walking and cycling. I am also addicted to good cooking and baking. "
"I work as a freelancer in my own hair salon and as a personal trainer. I completed the training as a personal trainer via Overload (6 modules). I train at Fitness4me and I also teach there. "
1. Are you engaged in healthy nutrition every day? And if so, in what way?
"Healthy living and lots of exercise is very important to me. I am busy with healthy nutrition every day, you could say that it is now completely in my system !! Often I am already preparing meals for the week on Sundays (prepping) and I eat 5 times a day. "
"I start my day with oatmeal in almond milk with Plantforce Protein and fruit. Then I will exercise for 1.5 to 2 hours, very intensive bodybuilding training. After exercise, I take a protein shake for good muscle recovery. Around noon I eat a meal with lots of vegetables (300 grams), vegan protein (20 grams) and carbohydrates - nowadays there is a very large choice in the supermarket in carbohydrates, quinoa or kasha (roasted buckwheat). 3 hours later I eat another delicious, colorful meal and around 8 in the evening I have a bowl of Alpro Soy yogurt with nuts, chia seeds and hemp seeds. In the weekends I always bake a delicious cake or I get delicious vegan cakes in Amsterdam at Deer Mama of Spirit, Yummy! "
"I exercise 6 times a week. I have been doing that for 4 years. At my age it is very important to build muscle mass to protect the joints. I've gone from skinny to muscular over the years on a completely vegan diet, YES !! "
For what reason did you choose a vegan lifestyle?
"I am vegan because I love all living things ♥ LIVE AND LET LIVE !!"
Why do you choose Plentbased and not another provider?

If you take good care of yourself, you can also take better care of the people around you. "
