Vegan stuffed dates recipe

Ingredients vegan filled dates
- 10 organic medjoul dates
- 100 grams of dark chocolate (+ 80%)
- 170 ml organic coconut milk
- 15 grams of blueberries
- 10 grams Plantforce chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Preparation of vegan filled dates
- Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan and already chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl.
- Pour the coconut milk into the chocolate (so that it melts) and add the agave syrup and the chocolate protein powder.
- Put the bowl in the fridge for 2 hours (so that it becomes stiff), then take it out and beat it until it becomes mousse.
- Cut the dates lengthwise on 1 side and fill them with the chocolate mousse and then place the blueberries on top.
- You can keep the filled dates in the fridge for a week.
