Ingredients vegan speculoos breakfast

  • 30 gram oatmeel
  • 20 gram Plantforce protein powder
  • 50 gram plantbased milk
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbsp lotus speculoos
  • 2 lotus cookies
  • 1 handful of walnuts

Preparation vegan speculoos breakfast

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Place the banana, oatmeal, protein powder, vegan milk, agave syrup and baking powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Put 3/4 of the batter in a bowl, place 1 tbsp speculoos in the middle and pour the rest of the batter over it.
  4. Place the bow in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the baked oats with 1 tbsp melted speculoos and the crumbled lotus cookies and walnuts.
