Vegan speculoos breakfast recipe

Ingredients vegan speculoos breakfast
- 30 gram oatmeel
- 20 gram Plantforce protein powder
- 50 gram plantbased milk
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbsp lotus speculoos
- 2 lotus cookies
- 1 handful of walnuts
Preparation vegan speculoos breakfast
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Place the banana, oatmeal, protein powder, vegan milk, agave syrup and baking powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Put 3/4 of the batter in a bowl, place 1 tbsp speculoos in the middle and pour the rest of the batter over it.
- Place the bow in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the baked oats with 1 tbsp melted speculoos and the crumbled lotus cookies and walnuts.
