Ingredients protein vegan burger

  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (pieces)
  • 1 winter carrot (grated)
  • 215 grams brown beans
  • 50 grams oatmeal
  • 20 grams Plantforce natural protein powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder + cumin
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation protein vegan burger

  1. Grind the oats in the food processor and mix.
  2. First fry the onion and garlic in a pan and then add the carrot with the chili pepper and cumin and fry in the pan for 3 min.
  3. Rinse the beans well, mash them with a fork and add the carrot mixture with soy sauce, pepper and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Mix everything well, make 4 equal-sized balls and flatten them into a burger.
  5. Brown the burgers on both side in the pan and serve on a sandwich (with tomato, cucumber, lettuce) for dinner/lunch.
