Protein vegan burger recipe

Ingredients protein vegan burger
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (pieces)
- 1 winter carrot (grated)
- 215 grams brown beans
- 50 grams oatmeal
- 20 grams Plantforce natural protein powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder + cumin
- Salt and pepper
Preparation protein vegan burger
- Grind the oats in the food processor and mix.
- First fry the onion and garlic in a pan and then add the carrot with the chili pepper and cumin and fry in the pan for 3 min.
- Rinse the beans well, mash them with a fork and add the carrot mixture with soy sauce, pepper and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix everything well, make 4 equal-sized balls and flatten them into a burger.
- Brown the burgers on both side in the pan and serve on a sandwich (with tomato, cucumber, lettuce) for dinner/lunch.
