Recipe vegan beet burger

These beet burgers are made from quinoa, beans and oatmeal. An ideal meat substitute with regard to the amino acid profile for vegans.
Ingredients vegan beet burger (6 mini burgers)
- 75 grams of cooked quinoa
- 120 grams of brown beans
- 70 grams of oatmeal
- 30 grams Plantforce natural protein powder
- 1 beetroot cooked
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
Preparation vegan beet burger
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor into a mixture.
- Make 8 small or 4 large burgers from this dough and place on the oven tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake the burgers in the oven for 25 minutes.
