Vegan pumpkin bread recipe

With this delicious pumpkin bread you will already get into the mood of December!
Ingredients vegan pumpkin bread
- 260 grams buckwheat flour
- 40 grams of Plantforce vanilla protein powder
- 250 grams butternut squash (in pieces)
- 1 banana
- 100 ml almond milk unsweetened
- 75 ml vegetable oil
- 2 tsp gingerbread spices
- 1 tbsp baking powder
How to prepare vegan pumpkin bread
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Boil the pumpkin for 10 minutes and mix together with the almond milk in a food processor to a mixture.
- Add all ingredients (except the banana) to a bowl and mix to a batter.
- Put the batter in the cake tin and cut the banana into two long pieces and put them on top.
- Bake the pumpkin bread in the oven for 40-45 minutes. & nbsp;
