  • 260 grams buckwheat flour
  • 40 grams of Plantforce vanilla protein powder
  • 250 grams butternut squash (in pieces)
  • 1 banana
  • 100 ml almond milk unsweetened
  • 75 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp gingerbread spices
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

How to prepare vegan pumpkin bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Boil the pumpkin for 10 minutes and mix together with the almond milk in a food processor to a mixture.
  3. Add all ingredients (except the banana) to a bowl and mix to a batter.
  4. Put the batter in the cake tin and cut the banana into two long pieces and put them on top.
  5. Bake the pumpkin bread in the oven for 40-45 minutes. & nbsp;
