Recipe vegan speculaas bonbons

Very nice and especially tasty as a healthier alternative to make with coffee or tea.
Ingredients vegan speculaas bonbons (16-18 pieces)
- 80 grams of chickpeas
- 20 grams Plantforce chocolate protein powder
- 200 grams of dates
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp gingerbread spices
- 2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 2 tbsp raw almond paste
- 100 grams of almonds
Preparation of vegan speculaas bonbons
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Make 16-18 square bonbons from this mixture and keep them in the fridge.
- If necessary, sprinkle with sesame seeds, maca powder, carob powder etc.
