Ingredients vegan breakfast muffins (8 pieces)

  • 5 medium bananas⁣
  • 100 grams of blueberries⁣
  • 80 grams of buckwheat flour⁣
  • 30 grams Plantforce choco protein powder
  • 30 ml water / vegetable milk of your choice⁣
  • 2 tsp baking soda + 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁣

Preparing vegan breakfast muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mash 4 bananas and add the flour with water and stir into a mixture.⁣
  3. Cut the 5th banana into small pieces and add this together with the blueberries.
  4. First put the baking powder with the apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl and then with the batter.
  5. Fill the muffin cups with the batter and leave them in the oven for 25 minutes.
