Recipe vegan breakfast muffins

Ingredients vegan breakfast muffins (8 pieces)
- 5 medium bananas
- 100 grams of blueberries
- 80 grams of buckwheat flour
- 30 grams Plantforce choco protein powder
- 30 ml water / vegetable milk of your choice
- 2 tsp baking soda + 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparing vegan breakfast muffins
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mash 4 bananas and add the flour with water and stir into a mixture.
- Cut the 5th banana into small pieces and add this together with the blueberries.
- First put the baking powder with the apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl and then with the batter.
- Fill the muffin cups with the batter and leave them in the oven for 25 minutes.
