Recipe vegan acai pancake

Acai is not only rich in omega-3 but also in magnesium and iron, making this pancake even healthier!
Ingredients vegan acai pancake (1 portion)
- 60 grams of buckwheat flour
- 50 grams of banana
- 15 grams acai powder
- 100 ml almond milk unsweetened
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 5 grams of coconut oil
Preparation of vegan acai pancake
- Mash the banana and then mix all the ingredients in a bowl or with the food processor to a mixture.
- Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan, spoon the batter into the pan and brown on both sides.
- Place the pancake on a plate and top with your favorite toppings.
