This is why we have put time, effort, and 30 years of study to develop a technology that can preserve the whole “milk matrix” of colostrum in powdered form.
Big Food Colostrum delivers high-quality Colostrum sourced from Scandinavian grass-fed cows, obtained 24 hours after the birth of a calf or simply the 'early milk' of the cow. This is to ensure higher levels of immunoglobulins and nutrients. In order to processes the colostrum into powder and keep all bioactive molecules remain active, an inhouse process referred to as LTLT (Low Term Long Time) has been developed. This is the result of 30 years of innovation, research and experience working with colostrum.

Preserving the complete “Milk Matrix”
Big Food Colostrum preserves the natural fat from the Colostrum. By doing this, our consumers are able to get the complete “Milk Matrix” which means it still contains the MFGM (Milk fat globule membrane) where the natural bioactive substances and nutrients are bound to.

There are not many TRUE WHOLE COLOSTRUM powders. Other brands remove or decrease the fat of the Colostrum, indicating that it has less than 20% fat.
