This two-per-day multi is formulated as a broad and clearly structured supplement for daily use. The formula is deliberately divided into two tablets per day, creating space for a generous composition without compressing or simplifying ingredients.

Rather than a single all-in-one tablet, a split daily dosage has been chosen. This allows vitamins, minerals and additional nutrients to be combined in a composition that remains clear and fits naturally into a daily routine.

Composition and structure

When formulating multivitamins, the physical space within a tablet plays a major role—especially for minerals such as magnesium, calcium and potassium. By working with two tablets per day, there is greater flexibility in formulation and the overall composition can remain broader.

The formula includes, among others, choline, magnesium, calcium, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin K2 and vitamin D3, supplemented with boron and silicon in the form of MESOPOROSIL®. In addition, several complementary substances are included, such as carotenoids (lutein, zeaxanthin and meso-zeaxanthin), taurine, acetyl-L-carnitine, alpha-lipoic acid, co-enzyme Q10 and OPC.

This multi is intended as one central base within a daily routine, without the immediate need to combine multiple separate supplements.

Choice of forms and origin

Where possible, active or directly available forms of nutrients have been selected. This applies, for example, to several B vitamins, which are included in forms such as riboflavin-5-phosphate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and methyl- and adenosylcobalamin.

For folate, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) in the form of Quatrefolic® has been chosen. Vitamin D is included as vitamin D3 of plant origin, produced from algae, making the formula suitable for vegans.

Minerals and additional substances

Calcium and magnesium are sourced from marine origins (Aquamin®), derived from red algae and seawater. These raw materials contain, in addition to calcium and magnesium, naturally occurring trace elements.

For iron, zinc and copper, amino acid chelates (bisglycinates) have been selected. Potassium is deliberately included in a relevant amount, despite the limited space this mineral requires within a tablet formulation.

Alongside vitamins and minerals, this multi also contains additional substances that are not standard in multivitamins, such as silicon (MESOPOROSIL®), carotenoids, co-enzyme Q10, taurine and acetyl-L-carnitine. These are part of the overall composition, without separate positioning.
