Matcha
Matcha is a delicious tea that has been an integral part of Japanese culture for centuries. The tea is sourced from the Camelia Sinensis, a native Chinese plant from which traditional green tea is also cultivated.
Matcha differs from traditional green tea namely, in the production methods and nutritional content. While green tea is produced by steeping leaves in water, matcha comprises the entire lead in a fine, stone-ground powder. This results in a more rich and diverse nutritional profile.
