What is Victus Sports?
Victus / Sports was founded in 2016 by two dedicated athletes who regularly encountered the common issue of "Why has the perfect sports and recovery drink not yet been developed?"
Why do sports supplements seem to be only meant for a small part of the elite sports world when everyone who exercises regularly can benefit? At that time both busy with sports and finishing their studies, they started looking for people who had a lot of experience and knowledge in the field of sports and nutrition. For example, we came into contact with various nutritionists, dietitians and biochemists from the VUmc (Amstel Academy, Amsterdam) and together with them we developed the starting point of what would later be conceived and developed Nutrition Water.
Since our silent and careful launch on January 1, 2018 we have come a long way and quite quickly we came into contact with the ALS Foundation and we decided to be a fully-fledged supportive partner and thus contribute to all the research that the Foundation finances and makes possible. This collaboration is now deeply rooted in the principles of Victus / Sports. We are now a proud, self-sustaining and healthy growing team with one goal: to overhaul the world of sports and nutrition, and we are now proudly doing this by working together with, among others, FysioHolland, VitaminStore, the Korps Commando Troepen, numerous sports clubs, associations and health clubs, physiotherapists and various top-level sporting and Olympic athletes.
