We all want delicious food, but the abundance of seasonings (flavor enhancers) might get a little out of hand. Especially in the world of processed food (or is it better to say processed food) too much salt is used. On average we eat about 9 grams of salt per day, and if you eat at the McDonalds that is even more, and that can be reduced to 6 grams per day. This seems like a small step, but if you express it in percentages, it makes a little more impression because that is a decrease of 30%.

Nowadays salt is everywhere, so in many cases it is not even necessary to add it, but unnoticed, the salt mill is often on the table and it is already added before we have tasted the first bite.

In addition to salt, we of course have another major culprit in the form of sugar. Nowadays a lot is written and talked about the excess of sugar. The rule is that anything that stands for is not good, so too much sugar is definitely not good. There are many alternatives to sugar that are less stressful and cause less of the known sugar rush and sugar crash.

Let's put it first, you absolutely need sugar and salt in your daily diet, completely banned from your diet is certainly not recommended, but adding is almost unnecessary. Sugar is also already in, for example, fruit.
